Ludwigslust-Parchim District
For the Ludwigslust-Parchim District, you can order your dial-a-bus around the clock online from VMV timetable information, via the dial-a-bus form on the VLP web page or by calling 03883 61 61 61. Advance registration is required at least one hour ahead of time..
Got specific requirements? No problem! For travel with a wheelchair, bicycle or large dog, or in a group of more than four people, please call +49(0)3883 61 61 61. Operating hours for this purpose are Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM.
Orders for specific requirements are not accepted over the phone on Sundays, public holidays, or 24 and 31 December.

Nordwestmecklenburg District
In the Nordwestmecklenburg District, the NAHBUS dial-a-bus will take you to a transfer stop where you can continue your journey on a regular line. It's easy to order a dial-a-bus by calling the service number 03881 78880 or simply using the dial-a-bus order form (nahbus.de) .
Please note that the order must be placed at least one hour before the planned departure time. If you’d like to bring a wheelchair, buggy, etc., you must place your order at least 24 hours before your planned departure time. If you will need a dial-a-bus early in the morning, please place your order the day before.
The dial-a-bus is available from Monday to Saturday from 5 AM to 10 PM and on Sundays and public holidays from 8 AM to 8 PM.
Rostock District
In the Rostock District, you can order “rubi”.
This is the flexible alternative for travel throughout the entire Rostock District. “rubi” runs from your departure stop to your preferred destination within operating hours. You can use “rubi” within operating hours from Monday to Friday between 5 AM and 10 PM and on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 8 AM to 6 PM.
Bookings may be made up to 60 minutes before or from 60 minutes after a regular scheduled service for the relevant route, either via the telephone number 03843 69400 (Monday to Friday 4 AM to 11 PM) or via the rubi app.
rubi benefits all passengers for whom only a minimal timetable was previously available. This makes rubi a flexible supplement to existing bus lines. If the destination is outside the dial-a-bus region, rubi can only be ordered to the stop where transfer to another mode of transport is possible.

Landkreis Vorpommern-Rügen

The VVR-Surfer is the dial-a-bus service from Verkehrsgesellschaft Vorpommern-Rügen mbH (VVR). Whether you're visiting the doctor, going shopping, or travelling for leisure – the VVR-Surfer keeps you moving! It's easy to book the VVR-Surfer over the phone by calling 038326 600 666 , via the VVR-Surfer app or here on the online form .
The VVR-Surfer dial-a-bus service began on 1 June 2024 with its first trips in the dial-a-bus area 701 Grimmen Süd-Ost. The area 702 Grimmen Süd-West followed on 1 July 2024. On 1 September 2024, the VVR-Surfer expanded to include dial-a-bus areas 703 Grimmen Nord-West and 704 Grimmen Nord-Ost. As of 1 October 2024, larger towns such as Bad Sülze and Marlow were also incorporated with the areas “Tribsees Ost (705)” and “Tribsees West (706)”. On 1 November 2024, VVR expanded its dial-a-bus service to include the operating areas around the “amber town” of Ribnitz-Damgarten (707 + 708). Since 1 December 2024, the VVR-Surfer has operated in the areas “Barth West” (709) and “Franzburg” (710). The VVR-Surfer is being expanded gradually in Vorpommern-Rügen District. Vorpommern-Greifswald District
Currently operating in Vorpommern-Greifswald are „ILSE“ and „Friedrich“.
Individual dial-a-bus services are currently available in the service area of the Anklamer Verkehrsgesellschaft AVG und der Usedomer Bäderbahn UBB .
The “ILSE” bus runs in the operating area of the Verkehrsgesellschaft Vorpommern-Greifswald „ILSE“ . This runs without a timetable and can also be booked or pre-ordered by phone, Internet or smartphone using a QR code. The “ILSE” bus runs every Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM (except on statutory public holidays) unless a scheduled bus service is running within 30 minutes. All you need to do is call. In der In the university town and Hanseatic city of Greifswald, offersFriedrichan on-demand transport service. “Friedrich” runs without a fixed timetable and supplements the existing public transport offering in the city. It serves around 250 virtual stops distributed across the entire city (operating hours: Mon-Thurs: 6 AM to midnight, Fri: 6 AM to 2 AM, Sat: 7 AM to 2 AM, Sundays as well as before and on public holidays 9 AM to midnight). Bookings can be made either by telephone on +49(0)3834 53 24 24 (Monday to Friday 7 AM to 5 PM) or via the “Friedrich” app . When booking, all you need to do is select where you're travelling from and to. The app will then show you when and where you can board. You can also track “Friedrich”’s location.

In the city of Neubrandenburg neu.sw some services run as a dial-a-bus service. These are marked “R” (for “Rufbus”, dial-a-bus in German) in the timetable and operate by telephone appointment. Call the freephone number +49(0)800 2678328 and give details of the preferred boarding and alighting stop no later than 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

In the Ludwigslust-Parchim, Nordwestmecklenburg a comprehensive implementation of the dial-a-bus system has already been achieved
In the districts of Rostock and Mecklenburgische Seenplatte (Mon-Fri from 8 AM to 6 PM), there is currently a comprehensive dial-a-bus service. However, this is subject to deviation from the state's specified operating times.
In the MSE District , Mon-Fri 8 AM to 6 PM and no trips on weekends and public holidays. In the RO District, Mon-Fri 5 AM to 10 PM and weekends and public holidays 8 AM to 6 PM.
In the district of Landkreisen Vorpommern-Rügen a full coverage is pushed. In Vorpommern-Greifswald a coverage of 55% is implemented.
