The Südbahn seasonal service connects Parchim, Lübz, Karow and Plau am See, as well as Waren (Müritz) and the island town of Inselstadt Malchow.

Discover Südmecklenburg

From the west, RB19 runs from Parchim via stations such as Lübz, Passow and Gallin through to Karow (Meckl), from where it continues to Plau am See, alternating with the RB15.

All trains run on Friday evenings and a regular service runs every two hours on Saturdays and Sundays.

Lines operate daily during the summer holidays in MV.

Verkehrsgesellschaft Ludwigslust-Parchim mbh (VLP) supplements the rail services with line 77 and the MV dial-a-bus. All train departures and arrivals have a VLP connection. The continuous services of VLP line 77 and the rail services complement each other perfectly as they run one hour apart, creating an almost hourly service between Parchim and Inselstadt Malchow, the island town.

Take advantage of the Südbahn seasonal service for an unforgettable trip and discover the sights and natural wonders of the Mecklenburgische Seenplatte lakelands.
